The Center for Muslim Life is home to Muslim Life at Duke. Inaugurated in 2008, the facility includes a kitchen, a dining room, a library, wireless internet access and a media room with Blue Ray and cable TV, a beautiful porch overlooking a garden and plenty of space for prayer and worship. Students can use the Center space to write papers, study, hold class meetings, eat lunch, or enjoy some free time with friends. The Center for Muslim Life also provides the perfect place for student organizations to hold their regular meetings and social events. All members of the Duke community have card access to the Center.

Try calling the CML: (919) 613-6780 From Chapel Hill and points West: Take 15-501 Bypass North, marked "Duke Univ/Med Ctr." Do Not take 15/501 Business. Exit at 108B onto the Durham Freeway (NC 147) South, then take Exit 14 onto Swift Avenue. Continue about 500 feet and you will see the Center for Muslim Life on your right. Park in the lot on the side of the Center. Bus Directions: There is a bus stop at the corner of Swift Ave. and Campus Drive (same bus stop as our friends at the Freeman Center). From there, the Center for Muslim Life is a short walk of about 600 feet up the hill. This bus stop is serviced by all “Campus” routes (C-1, C-2, C-3). The East-West bus (Route C-1) leaves each campus every 3-5 minutes until 6pm and subsequently every 10 minutes. The C-2 also has stops on Swift Avenue. The C-2 travels between East, West and Central Campus on weekdays. Service is every 10 minutes until 8 p.m. The C-2 serves Alexander Avenue, Trent, Anderson Street and Swift Avenue (Eastbound only) bus stops.
